| This vintage has macerated in the traditional way that
only a few days to facilitate the departure of natural
fermentation. Then the mark has been submerged for 50
days without any intervention. The tannic structure is
dense but fine, no oxidation. |
| BREEDING |
Livestock traditional steel tank for a year and then
another year in wooden vats and barrels old.
Bottled unfiltered. |
| TASTING |
The postage is a table wine because it could not pass
the accreditation criteria analysis are not compatible
with the AOC.
To appreciate this wine, a carafage needed and a good
oxygenation, even a degasser (where the presence of CO2
you dislike).
This wine "extraordinary" that could not overcome
the AOC!
